Our classes are taught be early childhood educators.  Our teachers are professionals and dedicated to the field of early childhood education.

We are very committed to providing the best and most consistent early education as possible.  Our class rooms have 3 teachers that work together on a daily basis.  The teachers are responsible for creating and implementing  a curriculum that is individualized to meet each child’s developmental level.  Our curriculum is developed on a week to week basis; using individual child assessments to drive that curriculum!

Community and consistency are of utmost value to our school.  Children are never moved to meet ratio!  Children remain in their classroom with their 3 teachers for a 12 month period of time.  Each fall the children will be moved to the next class as a class.  We do not move children during the year to make room for new children coming into the school.  The teacher’s schedules are staggered.  One teacher will work from 7:30-4:00, the next teacher in the class will arrive at 8:30 and work until 5:00 and the third teacher will arrive at 9:00 and work until 5:30.  This allows families to speak with their child’s teachers during drop off and pick up!
